Abraham -Hicks Publications

See this world as a free world, and see everyone in it as trying—through their individual experiences—to find their way back to that calling, back to that Source Energy. And even though there are billions of them going about it in a way that is different than you would choose, there's no right or wrong way. In other words, bless them all, and get on with the only thing you have any power about, which is opening or closing your vortex to your natural state of Well-Being.

A Happy Life

A happy life is just a string of happy moments. But most people don't allow the happy moment, because they're so busy trying to get a happy life. ~ Abraham

Change Your Perspective

We're asking you to trust in the Well-being. In optimism there is magic. In pessimism there is nothing. In positive expectation there is thrill and success. In pessimism or awareness of what is not wanted, there is nothing. What you're wanting to do is redefine your relationship with the Stream. We do not ask you to look at something that is black and call it white. We do not ask you to see something that is not as you want it to be and pretend that it is. What we ask you to do is practice moving your gaze. Practice changing your perspective. Practice talking to different people. Practice going to new places. Practice sifting through the data for the things that feel like you want to feel and using those things to cause you to feel a familiar place. In other words, we want you to feel familiar in your joy. Familiar in your positive expectation, familiar in your knowing that all is well, because this Universe will knock itself out giving you evidence of that Well-being once you find that place.

Dream Manifesto

"We are in the middle of one of the biggest paradigm shifts mankind has ever encountered. We are seeing the end of Newton’s mechanical world-view, and it is being replaced by a new world-view that tells us we are nothing more than interconnected consciousness, and that matter is nothing more than a form of energy." ~Dream Manifesto

Affirmations and Gratitude for the Body

I Affirm: I am Joy, I am Health, I am Love, I am Spirit Unfolding, I am Beauty, I am Adventure, I am Openness, I am Happy, I am Creativity, I am Gratitude, I am Acceptance, I AM.

I finally took a few moments tonight to sit in silence and give thanks for each part of my body and how wonderfully everything works for me. I have been having a strange "fluttering" in my ear, and unfortunately I seem to wait until something is bothering me before I make the decision to be kind and thankful for all the parts that work so flawlessly 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

I decided that my body was telling me to "listen" to it, so I did. I spent about 10 minutes, starting at the top of my head, being grateful for each part of myself. My eyes, ears, nose, etc. Feeling grateful as I worked my way down; my arms, hands, organs that function so effortlessly; my stomach (which usually does not get a lot of love from me) hips legs, feet. You can touch each body part as you go along, making a body/mind connection. I gave my ear "permission" to relax and release whatever was causing the irritation, and it did.

Love is a cure-all. Most of us are not always consistent with being kind and loving to ourselves, let alone deliberately thanking all of our wonderful beingness. It feels good to take care of myself, in this way, and my body responds in kind. Give it a try...
