EWOT - Exercise With Oxygen Therapy
Practice EWOT therapy. Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) is doing light exercise, such as on a treadmill or stationary bicycle, while breathing pure oxygen. EWOT produces the benefits of intravenous hydrogen peroxide therapy and you can do it at home. Set the O2 flow at 6 liters per minute, hook the little tube to your nose, and exercise at a moderate pace for 15 minutes while breathing pure oxygen. As part of your cancer prevention and health maintenance program, you can do this once a month. If you are ill with any disease, do EWOT more frequently. In particular, do EWOT after operations, chemotherapy, radiation treatment, x-rays, and burns.Bottled oxygen is generally a prescription item. However, you can purchase for home use an "oxygen concentrator", such as is used in oxygen bars.

Is food grade Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) Safe to Use In My Body?
The FDA has only approved the use of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash. The FDA has not approved the use of food grade H2O2 internally. In spite of thousands of testimonials and trials done by doctors using food grade hydrogen peroxide in their practice, the FDA still does not approve the use of food grade hydrogen peroxide for use internally.
You can add 7.5ml (1 and 1/2 teaspoons) 3% or 4.5% food grade hydrogen peroxide to a gallon of distilled water. Some people add less (1 teaspoon) and some who add more (2 teaspoons - I suggest you never go higher than two teaspoons of H2O2). In this respect, everyone is different. I feel the important thing to focus on at this point is the fact that distilled water is used in the manufacture and dilution of the hydrogen peroxide you are using. Why? H2O is a solvent. If you are using a hydrogen peroxide mixture that was mixed with anything other than distilled water, you may be exposing your body to toxic chemicals because oxygen has the ability to bind with almost every element in nature. To minimize my risk of this happening, distilled water has almost all the minerals removed. You should use market food grade hydrogen peroxide in distilled water.
Measuring small amonts of food grade Hydrogen Peroxide to add to Distilled Water.
If you are wondering how you will ever get the food grade hydrogen peroxide out of the gallon jug without spilling much of it on the floor, we suggest you ask for Item # 18-118 (this item contains one 4 oz bottle of 3% food grade H2O2, a 25 ml lab quality glass beaker, a glass Eye Dropper, and the booklet titled: "The Safe And Sane Use Of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide." With these items at your fingertips, you will be able to measure and use the food grade hydrogen peroxide as you choose. The booklet also contains additional information on some new options available to you.
Fact: Our atmosphere is polluted today.. The oxygen content of our atmosphere is down to around 18 to 20%. Just a hundred years ago, it was 36 - 40%.
